Wilmington is the port city of North Carolina and an generally neat place. I would say that this is on my top ten list. Hard to get pictures here because of the military port and the proximity of the airport.

Battleship North Carolina is a museum made out of a moored U.S.S. North Carolina. The ship served in WWII in the pacific theater as well as wars after. Of the battleships I've been to, this one seems to let you in the most places. Something to do if you're in the area for sure.
