Blowing Rock, NC

An envious zip code hanging on the continental divide. My ancestors founded this town and still operate the Green Park Inn. Haven't seen any money from that. Shoot, haven't even received an invite to check the place out. Their loss, I'm sure you'll agree. My mom thinks I'm great!

Great park in Blowing Rock. It had a sick playground back in the day. They redid it and it is a little lamer, but it does have a giant fish now, so, tradeoffs. There is a basketball court where I've dropped countless points (at least 10) on the haters. There is a pond with a path around it. There are typically ducks which is great. There is a pool which I've never been in because it is usually too cold. Finally a softball field, I have not used that either as I can't/don't play softball. 10/10 would recommend.
