Kelly, NC

I think Kelly is just a zip code in Bladen County. It has lakes though, more than others can say, I'm sure. 

Singletary Lake State Park

Singletary Lake is a Carolina Bay. The park is focused on group camping. It has a "kayak launch" which was a cleared bank in the spillway.
